Implicit in this philosophy is the importance of sound corporate governance. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to serve as a prudent fiduciary for shareholders and to oversee the management of the Company's business. To fulfill its responsibilities and to discharge its duty, the Board of Directors follows the procedures and standards that are set forth in these guidelines. Board of Directors

Abraham N. Reichental
Reichental served as president, chief executive officer and director at 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) for more than a decade. Under his leadership, 3D Systems emerged as a formidable global 3D-printing provider, growing revenue by more than six-fold and increasing market valuation by more than twelve-fold.

Mr. Reichental currently serves as general partner at OurCrowd First, Israel’s most active early-stage venture fund, focused on seeding and scaling high-tech companies. Additionally, he is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of XponentialWorks, a venture investment, advisory and product development company.

From 1981 to 2003, Mr. Reichental held senior executive leadership positions with Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE), where he also served as corporate officer for more than a decade. For the past two years, Reichental sat on the board of directors of Harman International (NYSE: HAR), a leading provider of connected products, until its recent acquisition by Samsung Electronics.
Ofir Baharav
Mr Ofir Baharav, has served on the board of directors since November 2015. Mr. Baharav, currently a partner in Stratus Venture Group, has served in a range of senior roles in the 3D printing sector and has extensive experience working with the venture capital community in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Baharav gained experience in the 3D printing industry as Vice President, Product Portfolio for Stratasys. He also founded Ejet and served as the company’s CEO for six years, where he raised $60m. Previously, Mr. Baharav founded and sold a healthcare technology company, Healinx, to McKesson for $50m.

Mr. Baharav is named on more than 10 software and hardware patents and holds an M.B.A. from Warwick Business School.
Amit Dror
Mr. Amit Dror has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a director since August 2014. Mr. Dror co-founded Eternegy Ltd. in 2010 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and a director from 2010 to 2013.

Mr. Dror also co-founded the Milk & Honey Distillery Ltd. in 2012. He developed vast experience in project, account and sales management across a range of roles at ECI Telecom Ltd., Comverse, Eternegy Ltd. and Milk & Honey Distillery Ltd. Mr. Dror has a background that covers technology management, software, business development, fundraising and complex project execution.

Mr. Dror is a Merage Institute Graduate.
Simon Anthony-Fried
A co-founder of Nano Dimension, Simon is an authority on the global additive manufacturing, printed electronics and 3D printing sectors. He previously led Nano Dimension’s USA activities overseeing business development, marketing, sales and product management for this revolutionary additive technology. With experience working in the US, Israel and throughout Europe, he has held senior and advisory roles in start-ups in the solar power, medical device and marketing sectors. Previously, he worked as consultant on projects covering sales, marketing and strategy across the automotive, financial, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical and telecom industries. He also worked at Oxford University researching investor and consumer risk and decision making.

Past positions include roles with Monitor Company, Financial Services Authority, Oxford Risk, Mountainview, Oxford University, Eternegy and Milk & Honey Distillery. Mr. Fried holds a M.B.A. from SDA Bocconi & HEC Paris, a M.Sc. in Behavioral Economics from Oxford University and a B.Sc. in Risk & Choice from University College London.
Irit Ben-Ami
Ms. Irit Ben-Ami has served on the board of directors as a director since November 2012. Ms. Ben-Ami is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel as well as the Israel Bar Association. Ms. Ben-Ami founded the law office of Pitaro-Ben Ami in 2007 and was a partner there until 2009. Ms. Ben-Ami currently serves as member of the board of directors of several public companies, including the Hagag Group Real Estate Entrepreneurship Ltd. (TASE:HGG) since 2011, Nadlans Ltd. (TASE:NDLS) since 2010, Netz United States HY Ltd. (TASE:NEZU) since 2012, BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (NASDAQ: BVXV; TASE: BNDX) since 2008 and Medivie Therapeutic Ltd. (TASE:MDVI) since 2014.

Ms. Ben-Ami holds a LL.B., cum laude, from Sha’arei Mishpat College, a B.A., with honors in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and an M.H.A. in Health Systems Management from Ben Gurion University. She was engaged in the past in academic aspects of labor law and corporate law as a practitioner at Bar Ilan University, Ben Gurion University and at the Sha’arei Mishpat College.
Ron Eleazar Kleinfeld
Mr. Roni Kleinfeld has served on the board of directors as a director since November 2012. He has over 25 years of experience as a chief executive officer of both public and private companies. He was the CEO of Maariv Holdings Ltd. from 1993 to 2002, the CEO of Hed Artzi Records Ltd. from 2002 to 2007, the CEO of Maariv Modiin Publishing House Ltd. from 2007 to 2010 and the CEO of OMI Ltd. from 2010 to 2011.

Mr. Kleinfeld has also served as a director of many companies over the past ten years, including: Excite Ltd. from April 2007 to April 2011, Makpel Ltd. from July 2007 to March 2010, Elbit Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: EMITF) since May 2010, Elran Ltd. since July 2010, Dancher Ltd. from April 2012 to January 2014, Mendelson Ltd. since 2012, White Smoke Ltd. since June 2012, Cofix Group Ltd. since April 2015 and Edri – El Ltd. since July 2015.

Mr. Kleinfeld has a B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Abraham Nahmias
Mr. Abraham Nahmias has served on the board of directors since August 2014. Mr. Nahmias has been a managing partner of the Nahmias-Grinberg C.P.A (Isr.) since 1985.

Mr. Nahmias currently serves as a director with the following companies: Rotshtein Real Estate Ltd. since 2007, Orad Ltd. since 2012, Allium Medical Solutions Ltd. since 2014 and Cellect Biomed Ltd. since July 2014.

Mr. Nahmias has a B.A. in Economy and Accountancy from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
Eliyahu Yoresh
Mr. Eli Yoresh has served on the board since March 2014. Mr. Yoresh is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of executive and financial management experience, primarily with companies across the financial, technology and industrial sectors.

Since October 2010, Mr. Yoresh has served as a director and Chief Financial Officer at Asia Development (A.D.B.M) Ltd. (TASE:ASDV), and as a director at Proteologics Ltd. (TASE:PRTL) since September 20, 2013. Mr. Yoresh served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tomcar Global Holdings Ltd., a global manufacturer of off-road vehicles, from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Yoresh served as a director at Greenstone Industries Ltd. (TASE: GRTN) from January 2013 to June 2015, and as the Chairman of both Gefen Biomed investments Ltd. (TASE: GEFEN) from April 2013 to July 2015 and Zmicha Investment House Ltd. (TASE: TZMI-M) from February 2013 to July 2015.

Mr. Yoresh holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the College of Management in Israel and an M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. Mr. Yoresh is a certified public accountant in Israel.

Advisory Board

Prof. Shlomo Magdassi
Professor Shlomo Magdassi is a professor of chemistry at the Casali Center for Applied Chemistry, the Institute of Chemistry and the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. His research focuses on colloid science, and in particular on formation, formulation and applications of novel micro and nanoparticles. These particles can be used as active components in functional inks and coating, for example light absorbing particles for solar energy devices, and metal nanoparticles and CNTs for 2D and 3D printing. He is the editor of three books, among them The The Chemistry Of Inkjet Inks.

In addition to his scientific publications, he also has various inventions on applications of colloids in industrial products. Based on these inventions, some commercial activities evolved and led to worldwide sales and establishing new companies. Magdassi received his B.Sc., MSc. and Ph.D. degrees in chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ilan Atias
Mr. Ilan Atias, currently the founder managing partner at Keren Technologies, has led international business activities alongside major PE funds. In 2009, Mr. Atias co-founded InnoSave, a company in the field of energy savings for industrial electric motors, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was the winner of Ernst & Young’s “Israeli Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2005.

In 1995, Mr. Atias co-founded PowerDsine and served as its President and CTO. PowerDsine had a successful IPO on the NASDAQ and was later acquired by Microsemi Inc. for $245M. Earlier in his career, Mr. Atias acquired Y. Wallish Ltd. – an electronic components trader, which he co-managed and sold, increasing its valuation tenfold. Mr. Atias served as an electronic engineer in the IDF. He was awarded “The Israel Defense Prize” by the President of Israel in 1991.

Mr. Atias holds a B.S.c in Electronic Engineering, with honors, from the Technion, Haifa and a M.B.A from Tel-Aviv University.
